Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

Conduct pre-start meetings with subcontractors to review scope, schedule, and expectations. Manage work schedules with trade partners, coordinate delivery and staging of long lead time materials, and create site-specific plans following company protocols. Hold regular progress meetings to review job status, safety, and upcoming tasks while maintaining a daily log of activities in Procore. Ensure quality control, resolve subcontractor disputes, and implement safety measures including training, monitoring compliance, and conducting inspections. Coordinate inspections across various domains, manage building officials, and oversee project closeout with a comprehensive punch list. Manage client relationships, collect feedback, and collaborate with the project manager to track lessons learned. Prioritize safety from project start to finish and ensure a clean, orderly jobsite. Requires five years of experience in hospital projects and medical offices, ASHE CHC certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Lansing and Grand Rapids areas.
