Job Summary

Oversee daily field operations for fuel construction projects by supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment deliveries, and inspecting arrivals for quality. Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce compliance, and maintain a clean, organized job site while monitoring schedules, labor hours, and productivity. Schedule and meet with inspectors, document progress with daily photo reporting, and promptly report incidents or field changes. Drive company vehicles to job sites, conducting daily DVIR inspections, and occasionally travel up to 1000 miles per week. Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Construction Managers to ensure projects complete safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial petroleum construction or related field supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and technical documents
  • Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and project needs
  • Clear and professional communication with clients and team members
  • Organized, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
  • ICC UST Install/Retrofit, Decommissioning, or Service Technician certifications
  • Veeder Root certifications
  • 24- or 40-hour HAZWOPER (or current refresher)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Complete background check, MVR, drug test, and physical
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Able to climb ladders, kneel, lift heavy lids (with assistance), and work on uneven ground
  • Ability to travel to job sites and drive long distances as needed
  • Physically fit to travel and work in field conditions
  • Must be available for occasional out-of-town work, with notice
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle to job sites and drive extensive distances, occasionally up to 1000 miles per week (and conduct daily DVIR inspections)
