We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of multifamily buildings, ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, and budgeting. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for clients and managing subcontractor coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years experience in multifamily/commercial construction
- 5 years Superintendent experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with new construction from start to finish
- Ability to read and implement blueprints
