Job Summary
Oversee multiple custom home construction projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and the on-site face of the company. Interpret plans, manage schedules, and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining immaculately clean and safe job sites. Maintain project budgets, solicit bids, and proactively identify long-lead items to ensure timely, cost-effective completion. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in residential construction, preferably high-end or custom homes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
