Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. Manage jobsite operations, supervise field crews and subcontractors, and coordinate schedules, resources, and project timelines. Communicate regularly with customers and provide project updates; prepare change orders, cost estimates, and project documentation. Collaborate with Project Managers, building departments, engineers, architects, and insurance representatives; train and develop employees; ensure accurate job costing and maintain safety policies. Maintain organized, efficient, and productive job sites and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CSLB HIS License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
