Construction Superintendent

Lead on-site construction activities for a complex low-rise renovation project, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants with the Project Manager. Enforce safety protocols and environmental standards per WorkSafeBC while maintaining accurate daily documentation and progress reporting in Pro-core. Facilitate weekly look ahead schedules, conduct regular site coordination meetings to address issues promptly, and communicate professionally with clients and local stakeholders. Foster a respectful site culture and provide mentorship to junior team members. Requires 3–5 years of experience in renovation, tenant improvement, or architectural upgrades, with strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes in occupied buildings.
