Construction Superintendent

Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractors, and personnel to ensure work completes safely, on schedule, and strictly according to blueprints and quality standards. Perform detailed comparisons of contract drawings, specifications, and approved submittals to verify conformance. Monitor workforce performance against the work plan and manage the overall project schedule from initiation through completion. Direct and coordinate subcontractors and vendors while ensuring compliance with generally accepted workmanship standards. Assist contractors with site coordination activities involving trades and facility teams. Requires 6 years of construction experience, 4 years as Assistant Superintendent or Inspector, and 3-5 years in safety monitoring for commercial and government projects. Includes 30 OSHA Safety Training and risk assessment management. Rate is $45.00 per hour.
