Job Summary
Supervise field construction activities by coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring work conforms to approved contract documents. Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers while leading daily inspections, testing, and approvals. Develop and implement project work schedules, identify critical paths, and expediting materials to minimize delays. Maintain detailed daily records, manage labor relations, and oversee site safety programs in compliance with OSHA and Healtheon standards. Resolve local area problems regarding procedures, design clarifications, and resource allocation to maintain budget and quality. Attend weekly progress meetings with the client and project team to drive forward project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of four years' related training
- at least eight years of building construction experience
- equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications
- construction means, methods and materials
- understanding of line and grade and survey methods
- Knowledge of construction cost control
- basic accounting procedures
- Computer skills
- familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs
- Strong management skills

- OSHA 30
- security clearance
Desired Qualifications
