Job Summary
Instruct and lead workers directly on municipal water, wastewater, and pool projects, assigning teams to specific jobs and collaborating with architects and engineers to maintain schedules. Maintain accurate records of labor, daily site logs, SWPPP documents, and inventory management to prevent loss and ensure timely material delivery. Coordinate activities of various tradespeople and laborers while guiding the team to deliver exceptional results in adherence to safety protocols. Manage projects ranging from three and a half to five and a half million dollars.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction
- Experience in municipal water and/or pool projects
- Minimum of ten years of verifiable supervisory experience
- Leadership skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and team members
- Excellent record-keeping abilities
- Attention to detail
