Job Summary
Construction Site Superintendent in Houston, TX responsible for onsite management of commercial renovation projects, coordinating with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and internal staff; duties include site surveys, material orders, safety compliance, reviewing plans and specs, creating 3-week look-ahead schedules, issuing RFIs, leading preconstruction and on-site meetings, managing subcontractors, maintaining organized job sites, and tracking progress with photos and manhours; requires 2+ years in construction management/supervision, high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. This role is performed after hours and on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Construction Management / Superintendent experience background (2 years minimum)
- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and flexible work hours
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Experience with interior finishes
- DMV/Background Check back to 18 years old
