Job Summary
Construction Superintendent responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of residential and multifamily construction projects, coordinating site activities and schedule, liaising with subcontractors and design teams, supporting bid/pricing and changes, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Leads site inspections, generates daily/incident reports and RFIs, and directs project delivery from pre-bid through final punch-out. Requires extensive experience in construction supervision, OSHA 30 certification, erosion control, CPR/First Aid, forklift operation, and ability to travel to multiple job sites. Demonstrates strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, leadership, and communication skills to deliver projects on time and within budget with a focus on safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision or related role
- OSHA 30-hour certification is required
- Erosion and sediment control certified
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Fork lift certified
- Ability to pass a background check and drug testing
- Regular travel to job sites is required
