Job Summary
Schedule work to proceed according to a strict project plan and communicate with customers regarding any deviations. Monitor subcontractor performance, interpret construction drawings to direct execution, and manage budgets for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, and other federal regulations while preparing cost accounting worksheets and progress payment reports. Maintain customer relations through face-to-face and digital communication, assist in developing agendas for pre-and post-job conferences, and create visual presentations. This role supports the Project Manager in delivering complex government and defense construction tasks, including healthcare facilities, under a fast-paced environment requiring advanced management and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to read, and interpret construction drawings to properly direct subcontractors to execution of work.

- Experience with US Corps of Engineers, government contracting, general construction
- Experience in healthcare facilities
- Certification
- Course
- ASHE HCC
- Must pass Corps of Engineers CQM class for contractors
- Advanced management and employee, and customer relations skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while attending to multiple tasks and demands.
- Travel up to 20%

- Experience with P6 (Oracle) is preferred.
