Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of medical construction projects; schedule activities to meet strict timelines; coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance; read and interpret construction drawings; manage budgets and project finances; assist with design reviews to meet contractual objectives; ensure compliance with contract documents and government regulations (e.g., Davis Bacon Act, Service Contract Act); develop agendas for weekly and pre-/post-job conferences; maintain safety and quality standards; communicate with customers and subcontractors regarding deviations from the schedule; prepare cost-tracking and presentation materials; utilize MS Office, P6 (Oracle), and ProCore; travel up to 20% and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field
- 10 years of experience in the medical construction industry
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Experience with US Corps of Engineers, government contracting, general construction in healthcare facilities
- Course: Corps of Engineers CQM class for contractors
- Pref: ASHE HCC certification
