Job Summary
Oversee on-site construction activities for Raleigh, NC multifamily and commercial projects over $20M, directing staff and subcontractors, coordinating with clients and regulatory authorities, and ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, quality, and safety programs; maintain documentation; collaborate with the project manager to address delays, material issues, and technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 4 years of increasing management responsibility
- experience in multifamily projects and/or commercial builds in excess of $20M
- ability to lead teams of staff and sub-contractors
- interface with clients
- coordinate with municipal and regulatory authorities
- build relationships with key participants
