Job Summary
Supervise daily construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Lead safety meetings to enforce OSHA compliance standards while overseeing on-site personnel, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity. Act as the main on-site liaison between clients, architects, and engineers, partnering with project managers to track progress, manage resources, and adjust timelines. Maintain detailed records including daily logs, safety reports, and project milestones. Requires 5+ years of construction supervision experience and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction supervision experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- OSHA 30 Certification or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Experience with project management and scheduling software
- Experience using Procore
- Experience managing large teams and complex projects
- Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices
