Construction Superintendent

Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all onsite activities for heavy civil construction projects involving asphalt paving, road building, and service installations. Monitor project progress, interpret contract drawings and specifications to resolve conflicts, and maintain requisite documentation. Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to ensure goals are met within budget and schedule while enforcing Occupational Health and Safety standards. Manage subcontractors, trades, and external suppliers, and oversee daily quantity, production, and cost reporting. Participate in employee recruitment, staffing, and training. Requires minimum five years managing heavy civil projects with specific experience in grading, traffic control, and pipe installations.
