Job Summary
Oversee all jobsite activities, supervise craft workers and subcontractors, enforce contract requirements and jobsite safety; coordinate with owners and design teams; manage materials, deliveries, staging, and inventory; write detailed daily reports and communicate progress to the office; hold weekly coordination meetings; drive schedule adherence; lead quality control and coordinate inspections and testing; track labor productivity and manage equipment; code and submit time; coordinate closeout and punch list; mentor and evaluate subordinate staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar field leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
