Job Summary
Construction Superintendent responsible for overseeing all jobsite activities, coordinating schedules, supervising craft workers and subcontractors, enforcing safety and contract requirements, liaising with owners/design teams, managing materials and equipment, and leading reporting and coordination meetings. Requires strong leadership, ability to interpret construction drawings, schedule management, safety practices, and experience coordinating multiple trades on field-based construction projects. Compensation includes salary with benefits; travel to project sites as needed. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar field leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- Experience supervising multiple subcontractors and trades
- Experience mentoring or supervising field personnel
- Field-based travel to project sites; work in active indoor/outdoor construction environments.
