Construction Superintendent

Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely project completion while coordinating daily with subcontractors, the construction management team, and property managers. Supervise on-site operations, conduct safety inspections, and lead safety meetings in adherence to OSHA guidelines. Perform regular quality control inspections and resolve issues to meet design specifications and building codes, while managing inspections from local authorities and obtaining necessary permits. This role requires a minimum of five years of onsite construction supervision experience and proficiency in Procore.
