Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
Coordinate on-site implementation of project plans per the Statement of Work and schedule all construction phases. Estimate costs using RSMeans data and prepare daily reports with the Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer, and QCM. Attend regular internal and external tailgate meetings to discuss project health and safety, while actively participating in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on-site staff. Review and process project submittals and manage coordination with on-site subs. Maintain situational awareness in an office setting with occasional travel, ensuring compliance with background check and drug screening requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years in Construction
- OSHA 30 Training
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer skills
- Skilled in Microsoft® Office programs
- Construction management experience
- Federal government or DOD experience in construction
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Federal government or DOD experience in construction
- Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required
- Ability to obtain access to military installations
