Construction Superintendent

Demonstrate technical proficiency in heavy civil disciplines such as bridge, highway, excavation, or concrete paving while ensuring crews meet schedule and financial goals. Plan and organize work phases, establishing staffing and equipment schedules to maximize productivity. Supervise field managers, mentor their crews, and review job costs with the Project Manager to implement necessary adjustments. Inspect construction work to verify quality standards and enforce the company safety program, including preplanning exposures and accident reporting. Coordinate with field managers, other superintendents, and the customer to implement successful project plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, minimum six years of heavy civil experience, and OSHA 30-hour certification.
