Construction Superintendent

Plan and organize work to maximize crew productivity by establishing staffing and work plans for each project phase. Supervise field managers, schedule manpower and equipment, and mentor them to lead crews effectively. Demonstrate technical proficiency in heavy civil disciplines such as bridge, highway, excavation, or paving while inspecting construction to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with field managers, other superintendents, and the customer to implement successful project plans, and review job costs with the Project Manager to adjust as needed. Follow the company safety program, including preplanning for exposures and accident reporting. Requires 6+ years of heavy civil experience with 2+ years as a Superintendent, OSHA 30 certification, and a valid driver's license.
