Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations and jobsite execution for ground-up and tenant improvement projects across Southern California. Manage and maintain construction schedules while coordinating and supervising subcontractors and field personnel. Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards through inspections, municipal coordination, and OSHA compliance. Lead project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain accurate documentation, oversee punch lists, and drive project closeout processes. Build strong client relationships while supporting our growing employee-owned company. Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 + years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality/Hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction
- Experience with large site work projects
