Job Summary
Seeking experienced Construction Superintendents for federal and mission-critical projects requiring extended travel. Responsibilities include site management, safety compliance, and team leadership on high-budget construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of field superintendent experience on vertical construction projects
- Proven track record on federal projects (DoD, VA, GSA, DHS, or Corps of Engineers)
- Current OSHA 30-Hour certification
- USACE CQM for Contractors certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain base/installation access
- Willing and able to deploy to project sites nationwide for extended durations
- Proficiency with Procore, RMS/QCS, and standard Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Fall Protection Competent Person training
- Confined Space training
- Experience on data centers, SCIFs, microgrids, or hospital renovation projects
- Active security clearance
