Construction Success Manager - French, English, and Spanish Speaking

Job Summary
Construction Success Manager who advises and guides clients through Fieldwire deployments, training, and workflow optimization. You’ll become a Fieldwire product and training expert, understand clients’ construction needs and tech stacks, manage a portfolio of customers to improve usage and processes, and conduct web-based and in-person trainings. You’ll collaborate with the product team to relay feedback, troubleshoot technical questions, and uphold strong relationships with clients. Fluency in French, English, and Spanish is required, along with 3+ years of construction experience and outstanding presentation and communication skills. The role is based near Paris with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and remote options within France; strong remote applicants within France are welcome. Core competencies include relationship building, problem solving, planning, adaptability, and clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional construction experience
- Fluency in French, English, and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized with strong time management
- Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues
- Comfortable communicating with anyone from tradesmen to senior-level managers
- Basic understanding of construction processes from design to completion
- Understanding of how all parties on a construction project interact to drive schedule/budget
- Ability to brainstorm unique solutions to client issues relevant to their needs
- Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment
