Job Summary
Technical authority on semiconductor facility construction including cleanrooms and high-purity systems; provide strategic guidance and industry best practices to define and standardize construction business processes; partner with design, engineering, and project teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical challenges; collaborate with technical writers/trainers to document, review, and secure approval of end-to-end business processes; support development of training and onboarding materials aligned to approved processes; participate in QA/QC reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while staying current on industry trends and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years construction
- 5+ years in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing
- Expertise in cleanrooms, HVAC, electrical, and high-purity systems
- Knowledge of SEMI, IEST, OSHA standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-driven; able to lead SME sessions, document processes, and travel between sites
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with global semiconductor clients or EPC firms
