Job Summary
Construction Staffing Recruiter responsible for high-volume recruitment of skilled trades within the construction industry. Duties include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.), building and maintaining a pipeline through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking; partnering with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions; maintaining accurate candidate data and compliance; and occasionally working evenings or weekends to meet urgent deadlines. Requires 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines, and effective communication; bilingual ability is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles (not primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech)
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure with high-demand requests
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
