Job Summary
Senior Construction Project Manager opportunity leading commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will manage ground-up and renovation projects with design-build and cm-at-risk delivery, supervise subcontractors, coordinate field and office activities, navigate permitting and inspections, and uphold safety standards. Proficiency with Procore or similar PM platforms, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget are expected. Required Qualifications
- Senior Project Manager or strong Project Manager ready to step up
- experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- background with ground-up and renovation projects
- experience in design build and cm at risk delivery
- managing project plans, financials, subcontractors, and schedules
- navigating permitting, inspections, and issue resolution
- strong safety record and OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore
- ability to lead field and office coordination
