Job Summary
Senior Construction Manager for a $1.5B wastewater treatment plant project in Austin, TX. Oversees on-site activities with the Owner, CMAR design team, and CMAR contractor; leads the Resident Project Representatives (RPRs); coordinates testing and commissioning activities; manages invoicing and pay applications; evaluates field changes and RFIs; ensures safety and regulatory/compliance standards; communicates project status through regular reporting; requires strong leadership, reading/interpreting design drawings and schedules, and experience with public-sector infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
