Job Summary
Oversee post-construction warranty service, punch list completion, and final home presentation for residential properties. Diagnose and complete interior, exterior, structural, and cosmetic repairs while performing advanced painting, drywall work, and landscaping tasks. Supervise staff, subcontractors, and volunteers on projects ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and organization standards. Assess project needs, plan job scope, and procure tools and materials. Operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely. Ensure every home is move-in ready and reflects commitment to safe, affordable housing.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of residential construction, warranty service, punch-out, maintenance, or related field experience
- Extensive hands-on experience in residential construction and maintenance, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall repair, painting, trim work, punch-out work, warranty repairs, basic landscaping, and general construction services
- Strong ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of home repair and warranty issues
- Proven experience performing hands-on fieldwork while supervising volunteers and crews
- Residential construction experience with strong knowledge of quality standards, safety practices, and job site operations
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles and construction trucks
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and material planning skills
- Basic knowledge of construction scheduling, homeowner relations, and customer service
- Strong construction safety knowledge
- Proficient in the safe use of construction tools, equipment, and materials, including hand tools, power tools, ladders, and common residential building materials
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions
