Job Summary
Conduct risk assessments, security inspections, and material/equipment audits to ensure compliance with the Construction Security Plan. Document violations and deviations to ICD/ICS 705 series, maintain access rosters for uncleared personnel, and coordinate schedules with the Site Security Manager. Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures and Fixed Facility Checklists, while observing Sound Transmission Class and IEEE-299 testing. Maintain all CST staff documentation records for the project duration. This role supports ASRC Federal's defense and intelligence mission in El Paso, TX, requiring a cleared Construction Site Technician with TS/SCI clearance and extensive secure area construction security experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active and current United States Government (USG) Top Secret (TS)/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) TS/SCI security clearance
- Be a United States citizen
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of documented Secure Area construction security experience
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of documented Secure Area construction security surveillance experience
- Must have documented direct experience working as an CST on ICD/ICS 705 construction security projects
- Must be familiar with sixteen (16) standard divisions of construction
- Must have knowledge of technical listening devices commonly by foreign intelligence services
- Must provide proof of successful completion of forty (40) hours or greater of CST formal training with documented proof of training by course transcripts or completion certificate
- Must have an expert understanding of ICD/ICS 705(series)
- Must have experience working on at least two (2) separate ICD-705 projects
