Job Summary
Construction Site Supervisor in Training oversees and coordinates residential construction and remodeling projects under Habitat for Humanity of Durham; leads volunteers and coordinates with subcontractors, staff, and homebuyers to ensure safe, timely, and quality builds; manages site logistics, inspections, materials, and equipment; performs a range of residential construction and skilled trade tasks; enforces safety protocols and completes required documentation; role is full-time and focused on developing to a Site Supervisor position.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of residential construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Supervising experience and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
