Job Summary
Construction Site Supervisor position responsible for overseeing job sites and construction projects, leading Foremen, Crew Members and Subcontractors to complete tasks on time, on budget, and to customer satisfaction. Directs daily task completion per SOW, reports progress, ensures safety and PPE compliance, coordinates with the Construction Manager, and prepares required documentation (JSA, receipts, inspections, audits, etc.). Supervises performance, schedules, and training in line with Premise Core Values, and travels to remote job sites as required. Preferred: Journeyman Electrician License; experience on large solar projects; strong knowledge of NEC and electrical installations; ability to read electrical drawings and SOW; OSHA adherence and safety program leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience as a Foreman in a similar business
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics and SOW
- Proficient in electrical installations, material, tools, testing, and techniques
- Proficient with installations of electrical conduit, wire, cable, lighting, devices, and other electrical installations
- Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical, math and reasoning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow changes
- Ability to travel and stay overnight at remote job sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
