Job Summary
Oversee onsite operations for complex construction projects by coordinating crews, managing material procurement, and ensuring safety and quality expectations are met. Create and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors and crew members to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Travel to various job sites within New York State to manage daily activities, communicate delays to senior leadership, and ensure all project documentation remains accurate. Remain up to date on industry standards and regulations to maintain compliance while collaborating with internal and external teams to execute plans efficiently. Full-time direct hire role with 100% on-site presence and 60% travel requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's in Construction Management
- 5+ years' experience in Construction Field Supervision and/or civil construction
- General Contractor or Construction Manager experience
- Strong computer skills (specifically Excel & Word)
- Procore
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work well independently while contributing collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple crews and sites
- Ability to travel in NYS to projects: travel is approx.. 60% and you will be home on weekends
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
Desired Qualifications
- 100% in-office/on-site
- Company vehicle will be provided
- Anything over an hour away, company will pay for hotel

- $70,000 - $100,000 annually depending on experience
- General Contractor or Construction Manager experience is a plus
