Job Summary
The Senior Site Superintendent/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing Federal and Public construction projects, ensuring quality control and site safety. Responsibilities include supervising staff and subcontractors, coordinating project schedules, performing safety inspections, managing documentation, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in construction, including 5 years in a senior role on complex projects, and possess strong skills in reading construction drawings, using scheduling software, and managing safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction role
- 5 years as a Construction Senior Site Superintendent or Project Manager on complex commercial or federal projects
- Experience with Quality Control and Site Safety and Health processes
Desired Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with construction scheduling software
- Ability to read and interpret architectural diagrams and schematics
- Time Management skills
- Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
- OSHA & CPR training or certification
Additional Requirements
- Must fluently speak English
- Ability to be onsite daily during required working hours
- Must have a valid driver’s license
