Job Summary
The Site Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction and commissioning processes for hydrogen fueling infrastructure systems, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution of work. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, upholding construction schedules, maintaining a daily log of site activities, managing budgetary parameters, enforcing quality control standards, leading site safety practices, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a background in civil, mechanical, and electrical construction management with proven construction management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and P&IDs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience as a site superintendent on an industrial construction project management
- Understanding of construction best practices including scheduling and planning concepts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and P&IDs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic interpersonal skills
- Uncompromising dedication to quality
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
- Must be driven and self-motivated
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hydrogen and/or fuel cells
- Experience in cryogenic industry
- Experience with high pressure systems (250 Bar and up)
- Experience with gas processing and/or dispensing equipment
- Experience in oil and gas, CNG, LNG, etc.
- Logistics/Material handling expertise
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel and stay up to 100% of the time to deployment locations
