Construction Site Superintendent

Construction Site Superintendent responsible for on-site leadership of heavy construction activities across HVAC/mechanical and commercial projects. Responsibilities include developing construction schedules, managing subcontractors to meet milestones, administering safety programs, coordinating commissioning and owner training, producing weekly field reports, assisting with pre-construction activities, and handling post-construction tasks such as warranties and O&M manuals. Travel to job sites is required; on-site presence is expected during heavy construction periods with possible office or remote work during other phases. Strong emphasis on coordination, communication, and administration of project documentation.
