Job Summary
Manage all aspects of construction, including apartment renovations and interior/exterior projects, by coordinating scope of work and overseeing subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of capital improvement projects. Track progress against budget and performance milestones, prepare reports for management, and select, negotiate with, and manage external consultants or vendors. Maintain valid driver's license and knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety requirements. Next day pay available with PayActiv benefit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
