Job Summary
Lead and manage all construction activities across AWS project sites, ensuring safe, efficient execution in accordance with approved specifications. Act as the primary focal point between Company, AWS, General Contractors, and consultants to resolve site issues, optimize resources, and maintain schedule commitments. Monitor construction progress, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization while implementing corrective actions where required. Drive productivity, quality, and safety performance across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with Company and AWS management systems. Prepare progress reports, attend management meetings, and support project planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation activities. Work Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience
- At least 1–2 years in a site leadership role
- Experience managing multi-site industrial, infrastructure, utility, or data center projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong planning, scheduling, and project coordination capabilities
- Good knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
