Job Summary
Lead real estate projects from initial design and landlord negotiations through construction, site checks, and final closeout. Manage vendor contracts, handle tendering, draft technical specs, and negotiate with external suppliers within budget and timeline constraints. Ensure full adherence to local laws, safety standards, building permits, and environmental studies while supporting existing stores with major technical updates and onboarding new vendors. Based in Pondok Indah, this role requires 4-5 days on construction sites across Java and Bali with one day at HQ. Candidates need 2-3 years of construction site supervision experience, a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and strong MEP knowledge. Passion for sport and high safety sense are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field
- Good and proven knowledge in MEP and civil construction
- experienced in handling construction contractors
- High sense of safety and vitality
- Very mobile in/out Jakarta (basically everywhere in Indonesia even mostly will be on Java and Bali)
- Based : Pondok Indah (DECATHLON HQ) when not at site (est. 1 day a week)
- Most of the time (4-5 days a week) will be posted at construction sites
Desired Qualifications
- Good and proven knowledge in MEP and civil construction (structural is a strong added value)
- Ability to use autoCAD for editing is a strong added value but not mandatory
- Passionate in Sport
