Construction Site Coordinator - Project Management Controls

Coordinate and supervise pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities for Transmission and Distribution substation and line projects across Altoona, PA service territories. Foster a high-performing safety culture while managing smaller to medium projects or supporting larger ones under experienced coordinators. Proactively manage scheduled tasks, report schedule progress using CPM calculations, and document project site meetings addressing safety, performance, and quality control. Participate in contractor bid packages, pre-bid meetings, constructability reviews, and contractor evaluations. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards by inspecting contractor work against design specifications and verifying material requests and deliveries. Maintain digital and printed red line drawings, manage permit copies, and implement risk management plans for anticipated construction risks. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or three years of commercial/industrial construction experience required.
