Job Summary
Conduct daily construction site cleaning and housekeeping by removing debris, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Clean windows, doors, walls, and fixtures, then prepare completed areas for owner inspections and turnover. Maintain walkways and stairwells free of hazards while moving materials and equipment as directed. Follow all OSHA regulations and safety procedures throughout the shift. Work independently or as part of a team in varying weather conditions. This full-time role in Hampton, GA, offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour with consistent work on commercial projects.
Required Qualifications
- Be dependable and report to work on time every scheduled shift
- Have a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the day
- Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Complete all required client and company safety orientation and training
- Work well independently and as part of a team
