Job Summary
Construction Site Administrator to support the construction team by maintaining site records, coordinating drawings and revisions, distributing site instructions, data entry into project platforms, organizing documentation, coordinating with Head Office, and assisting with safety/compliance tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining daily construction logs, managing drawings/revisions, issuing purchase orders, coordinating inspections, preparing meeting agendas/minutes, monitoring site shipments/materials, and providing general site coordination; requires post-secondary education in construction or related field and strong organizational/communication skills, with proficiency in Box, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in construction or related field
- previous experience as an administrator or coordinator in the construction industry
- strong organizational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of construction site procedures, documentation standards, and safety regulations
- proficiency with MS Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Box/digital filing platforms is an asset
