Job Summary
Lead construction management and client advisory work focusing on drafting scopes of work and developing RFPs; oversee construction administration, bid analysis, contract negotiations, and vendor coordination; manage client accounts, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders; perform site inspections, manage documentation, and identify risk with proactive mitigation strategies; act as a primary contact for assigned client accounts, driving project success in alignment with client goals and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Current minimum Class B General Contractor License or ability to become licensed as a General Contractor in all Colorado jurisdictions. Supervisors license is a big plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible managerial and administrative experience in the construction and roofing field, 5 years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
- OSHA Certifications and experience with project site safety protocols.
