Construction Service Rep (Cleaner)

Job Summary
Provide quality customer service by performing interim and final cleaning of residential and commercial buildings using industry standard methods and equipment. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, walls, and trash removal; dusting and polishing metal fixtures; operating cleaning equipment; following verbal and written instructions; prioritizing tasks; working independently or as part of a team; and ensuring safety with PPE. Minimum requirements include a high-school diploma or GED preferred and potential but not required experience in janitorial work; a valid Ohio drivers license is preferred. The role is full-time with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and in-person work location in Bradenton, FL.
Required Qualifications
- A high-school diploma or General Education Degree is preferred but not required.
- At least one year of experience in the janitorial or related field of work is preferred but not required.
- A valid Ohio Drivers' License is preferred but not required.
