Construction Service Rep (Cleaner)

Job Summary
Cleans and maintains restrooms, kitchenettes, rooms, floors, walls, furniture, and windows in residential and commercial buildings using industry-standard methods and equipment. Removes dust, debris, and trash from all interior areas, including lobbies, hallways, and storage spaces, while polishing metalwork and applying appropriate floor treatments like shampooing or waxing. Notifies personnel when supplies or equipment are needed and reports broken or damaged items to a supervisor. Performs other related duties as assigned while maintaining a positive work atmosphere. Full-time role with benefits including 401(k), health, and dental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Drivers' License
- At least one year of experience in the janitorial or related field of work
- A high-school diploma or General Education Degree
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment
- Good client and customer service skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to analyzing and evaluating to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs
