Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, coordinating design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while tracking financials, milestones, and driving continuous process improvements. Responsibilities include managing renovations, new construction (ground up), design reviews, client approvals, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and project closeout; provide weekly updates, develop risk management plans, ensure documentation accuracy across all phases, and manage vendors to ensure compliance and timely project closeout. Travel up to 60% and reside in Seattle, WA; role is remote with project travel; visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience
- Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
