Job Summary
Senior Project Manager at JLL leading cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, coordinating design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while tracking financials, milestones, and risk. Responsible for end-to-end project management, including chartering, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, vendor management, and closeout, with travel up to 60%. Remote position with regional travel in California (Anaheim and Newport Beach).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
- Travel up to 60%
