Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, coordinating design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring milestones, budgets, and schedules are met. Develop risk management plans, provide regular status updates, and drive continuous process improvement. Hands-on management of projects including renovations, building infrastructure, large remodels, and ground-up construction across various locations. Lead project teams of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, and client stakeholders. Deliver weekly activity updates, manage project documentation (charter, due diligence, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, punch lists), and ensure closeout within 90 days post-completion. Travel up to 60% for regional projects. Requires Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of PM experience; preferred certifications include Architecture/Engineering/PM credentials and LEED or PMP. Position is remote with travel; location: Remote – Tucson, AZ. This role does not provide visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
