Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple construction and renovation projects across a large geographic area for enterprise, consumer goods, and/or services clients. Oversee projects from initiation through completion, coordinating design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders while tracking financials, milestones, and cash flow. Develop risk management plans, manage end-to-end project documentation, and provide weekly status updates. Manage vendors to ensure compliance with policies and close out projects within 90 days of completion. Requires up to 60% travel; on-site at Honolulu, HI. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field with 10-15 years of PM experience, proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software, familiarity with architectural drawings and construction costs, and strong contract-negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications include architecture/engineering/PM certifications (LEED, PMP). This role does not provide visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
- 10-15 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction
- Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
